In 1983, joined the Kansai Regional Office of the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
From 1990, engaged in the planning and development of travel products at JAF Headquarters' Travel Services.
In 1996, upon the discontinuation of the travel services business, proposed and launched a new member service business (Information Services) utilizing tourism and road information data.
Subsequently held various positions including: Manager of General Affairs at Headquarters, Director of the Kyoto Branch, Director of the General Affairs Department at the Kansai Regional Office, Director of Road Services at Headquarters, and Director of Internal Audit.
In 2018, achieved complete paperless operations in internal audit work.
In 2019, appointed as Director of the Systems Department.
In 2020, reorganized the Systems Department into the DX Promotion Headquarters.
In 2021, appointed as a Board Director.
In 2025, reorganized the DX Promotion Headquarters into the Digital Strategy Promotion Department.
Currently dedicated to promoting company-wide DX, AI, and data-driven digital strategy initiatives.
