Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo™ CPE Credits

Earn Continuing Professional and Education (CPE) credits at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo™

Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo™ attendees can earn CPE credits toward ISACA and other providers. The conference program manager works closely with Gartner BTI to develop each conference agenda and determines the suggested amount of learning credits to be earned at each conference.

How to obtain credits

Attendee contacts the Conferences team at Japan.Conferences@gartner.com and provides the following:

1. Subject Line: Request of "Certificates of Attendance"
2. Conference attended, region and dates
3. Full Name and email address used to register

A Conferences team member verifies conference and session attendance. Then, a Conferences team member verifies the number of content hours that are eligible for CPE. An email confirmation is sent back to the attendee with a certificate of attendance

Attendee submits required documents to ISACA. They should retain the documentation for three years.

Gartner is not an official provider of ISC2 CPE credits or other association(s); however, attendees may choose to self-submit hours directly to their providers. The process is the same as for ISACA:

Attendee contacts Conferences team at Japan.Conferences@gartner.com and provides the following:

1. Subject Line: Request of "Certificates of Attendance"
2. Conference attended, region and dates
3. Full Name and email address used to register

A Conferences team member verifies conference and session attendance. Then, a Conferences team member verifies the number of content hours that are eligible for CPE. An email confirmation is sent back to the attendee with a certificate of attendance.

Attendee self-submits required documents to their provider.
