Joined Mynavi in 2007 and participated in the launch of the new business "Mynavi Baito."As the head of business strategy and media strategy, he has consistently been responsible for strategic planning, marketing, and system development to drive business growth. Since 2021, he has served as the head of the company's digital division, leading efforts to strengthen and establish digital capabilities, including the establishment of an AI team, the construction and promotion of data utilization infrastructure, research and development in new areas, security, governance, and intellectual property-related matters.
