Seconded to Jibun Bank Corporation (currently au Jibun Bank Corpration) in 2012, where he served as Assistant Executive Officer and Head of the Systems Unit. Joined Seven Bank in 2019, appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of Digital Banking Division in the same year, and has held his current position since 2023.

Since 2017, Seven Bank has been engaged in in-house development efforts to efficiently enhance business value through the use of IT. To date, we have achieved various DX outcomes, such as the development of smartphone apps and web systems, as well as leveraging low-code development tools. In this presentation, we will share the insights gained through these initiatives, key factors for successful in-house development, and the importance of continuous optimization and collaboration with users.
