Yasser Alghofaily is the Head of Digital & Technology at the Public Investment Fund, where he leads the Fund’s digital agenda and drives large-scale transformation through innovation and emerging technologies. With over a decade of experience across technology and telecommunications, he has delivered enterprise-wide platforms, payments and banking solutions, and complex digital programs that align strategy with measurable outcomes.

He has successfully engaged senior stakeholders to position technology as a core enabler of organizational growth, while also championing AI literacy and adoption across the Fund. Yasser holds an Executive MBA in Board Management from HEC Paris, equipping him with strategic insight at the intersection of governance, business, and technology. Today, he is at the forefront of advancing PIF’s ambition to leverage artificial intelligence and digital platforms as catalysts for operational excellence, innovation, and value creation.
