Shinbey Vue is a Principal in Gartner's assurance practice and advises Chief Audit Executives (CAE's), Audit Leaders and other assurance teams across various industries and geographies.
In his role, Shinbey advises clients to address challenges, difficulties and roadblocks in relation to audit planning and risk assessment, aligned assurance, real-time risk assurance and emerging/upcoming risks. In addition, Shinbey also focuses on sharing risk trends pertaining to audit leaders, such as ESG, Cybersecurity, Culture, Generative AI etc.
Shinbey also advises on audit methodology, technology and reporting which includes audit report and methodology reviews, data analytics, and audit technology (such as Audit Management Systems and GenAI).
Alongside the areas above, Fraud Risk and Fraud Risk Management is also a key area of focus for Shinbey as he is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
