Namrata Patel is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Haleon, one of the world’s largest consumer healthcare companies, taking up this position in November 2023. Namrata joined Haleon from Procter & Gamble, where she spent two decades in various leadership roles. This included leading Global Supply Chain for the company’s Beauty Sector as well as leading the supply chain sustainability agenda globally. Namrata also had supply chain leadership roles in Central Europe, Middle East & Africa, Western Europe, and Latin America. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Namrata held senior leadership roles at consumer companies including The Coca-Cola Company and WH Smith. Namrata is also a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Biomedica, a leading gene and cell therapy group.
