Oscar is a Sr. Director Advisor in Gartner Research in the Security and Risk Management group. Mr Isaka brings a broad and diverse experience in Information Security, Cyber Security and Risk Management practices to Gartner clients, regularly providing advisory to IT and Non-IT executives and leaders on developing, maturing and enhancing their Security and Risk Management Practices.
Specific domains of knowledge include, Data Security and Privacy, Cyber Security Strategy, Governance, Application Security and 3rd Party Risk Management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Oscar had various security roles leading projects and initiatives including but not limited to Applications Security, Cloud Security Identity and Access Management, Risk Management and Security Architecture.
