Discover how Unimed Porto Alegre is solidifying its position as a data-driven organization through an ongoing and innovative cultural transformation. Facing fragmented data flows and departmental silos, the Cooperative launched a structured data literacy program, empowering employees from different areas to promote autonomy in data analysis. With 18 training modules totaling 40 hours, the program resulted in substantial improvements, including financial gains and a drastic reduction in the time to evaluate legal agreements. The initiative continues to grow, standing out as an example of how a data-driven culture can optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency in the healthcare sector.
