Manuela Alves built her career in Human Resources in the financial market, having worked in several areas of HR expertise, mainly Culture and Organizational Development. Throughout her career, she has held positions that have allowed her to align her work with her purpose, which is to build better, more diverse and inclusive organizational environments. She has implemented strategies and projects that have contributed to increasing representation, equity and inclusion, such as the Diversity Investment Guide, a step-by-step guide for companies and the market to advance in this area. She has a degree in Foreign Trade from Mackenzie, specializing in Human Resources from FGV and a postgraduate degree from Insper. She is currently the Superintendent of People at B3, the Brazilian stock exchange.
