Patrick Connaughton is a VP in the Enterprise Applications practice and leads the Application Strategy key initiative. In this role, he researches and advises on creating an enterprise application portfolio strategy that aligns with business stakeholder priorities and future technology roadmaps. Mr. Connaughton also helps clients create the best business case for new application investments and measure the impact of those investment over time.
