Sean Dougan is Senior Vice President of finance Data Intelligence and Governance at Dell Technologies, where he drives finance transformation through data, analytics, and AI. He leads the Dell Finance data strategy, standards, and architecture, enabling trusted, scalable data and faster, smarter business insights critical in the AI era. Sean also guides the organization’s evolution toward more intelligent, data‐driven capabilities that improve decision‐making, execution, and productivity. Since joining Dell in 1999, Sean has held diverse leadership roles across Finance, including an international assignment in Slovakia. His experience spans support for Sales, IT, Services, Product, Marketing, HR, and Legal, as well as several years leading Finance’s business transformation and technology modernization initiatives. With 26 years at Dell, Sean brings deep institutional knowledge and a record of operational excellence and strategic impact. Previously, he worked at EY. Sean holds a BS from Illinois State University and an MBA from DePaul University.
