Nicholas Sworek serves as a Director of Advisory within Gartners Legal and Compliance Practice. He focuses on advising Chief Compliance Officers and their teams on a range of issues spanning innovative technology applications, third party risk management and effective compliance program management. He has experience working with C-level executives to maximise the returns on their technology investments and process improvement initiatives.

In addition to his advisory work, Nicholas also produces research and leads Gartner events where clients learn the newly published insight and contextualize it for the benefit of their organizations.
