Régis de Montardy serves as Vice President & Head of Risk Management at Sanofi, a leading R&D-driven and AI-powered biopharma company, committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth. Since 2017, he leads the design and dissemination of the Enterprise Risk Management program (ERM) within Sanofi, focusing on strengthening the company's risk governance and resilience to emerging risks. He is secretary of the Risk Committee, member of the Executive Compliance Committee and co-sponsor of the ‘Thoughtful Risk Taking’ culture change program. Prior to this role, Régis has led Global Quality Strategy & Systems, responsible for establishing the Quality strategy for the Sanofi group, and overseeing its implementation in systems, processes, and tools across the entire product life cycle. Régis started his career as consultant and auditor in regulatory compliance for life-science industries. He holds a MSc in Software Engineering from ISEP and a Master from ESCP Business School.
