We currently implemented a ServiceNow and Microsoft Team integration. This is for self service for our colleagues. It has access to internal KB's that users can easily follow and the bot makes it easier to search for common issues. As well as a form that they can fill out for when they travel and we have a webhook that performs the necessary actions to grant the access. Looking to see what others are doing and what ideas they have implemented for self service.

Is there anyone using the integration between Five9 CCaaS and ServiceNow willing to share their experiences? We are using this integration today and would like to benchmark it with another organization. We are more than happy to share our experiences, as well.

Does anyone have experience integrating business processes with both Ariba and iCertis? My team are having some difficulties with the process integration, and I would be interested to hear about other experiences.

Does anyone have information on tools that will support discovering all the Integrations (APIs, Integrations, Interfaces) in a given organizations?

A recent research from ASUG (American SAP User Group) and Pillir showed that 91% of enterprises are using custom code with up to 50% of their core/essential business processes currently running using custom code that interfaces with SAP. If you look at your company's yearly budget spent on maintaining your MOST valuable custom business processes, what percentage of the IT budget is allocated to maintaining those custom apps (Please consider all costs like development, maintenance, support packs, enhancement, upgrades etc.)

We are a global company looking to implement SAP RISE, with entities in numerous markets (15+). SAP are suggesting a regional approach. Three separate RISE Instances to match our regions. However, if we are trying to ensure consistency in processes globally, is there not a way to have a single Global instance of SAP RISE? So we can benefit from the user scale in the global business, or does local data regulations / bank integrations get in the way of achieving that?

I run a small Drupal CoE supporting the main enterprise content management for a government agency. We also support small Drupal-based apps that are available to the public. This is a relatively new operation, and while the team is slowly maturing, we may not be optimally set up. I am looking to gather information to help me "right-size" the team and prioritize investment. Do you have any advice?
