We have a standard and automated workflow for intake on any project or new service request.  AI goes through the same process as any other significant investment for new, or enhancement request. It needs ROI, basic project plan, resource estimate etc.    Thus far AI projects are getting a bit higher priority but that is because people are promising higher ROI.   We track ROI for 2 to 5 years after completion depending on size of the investment.  You are measured on that ROI, so be careful on what you promise...... and deliver results

We have a similar intake process for projects/request and like <mention id="5c86a0d4d36e1d4fb55c6c82" displayname="Chris Oehlerking"></mention> are using it for AI project requests as well.
