Right now, enablement is KEY to know where it sits “best” - People enablement when it comes to learning the tools at hand (especially AI)… - Tech stack enablement (ensuring tools are properly set up for reps to use at ease for personal success + overall company success… Enablement can definitely be deep + wide with how and what is being enabled (and confusing if not aligned in the right place, too!) Q— Where do you believe Enablement in any capacity should “fall” within an organization?

I think about this problem from the perspective of their core competence.

RevOps is focused on operations, analysis and numbers. Sales is focused on the quarter, deal optimization, and managing a pipeline.

Marketing is more focused on the longer term and the overall impact to the market. This is why marketing is the most logical choice between these.
