Best would be relative based on the impact on that particular area. Where I have seen tremendous business impact is on custom Industrial copilot solutions. This capability has been able to define and hit the core business KPIs from the get-go.

For me the best AI investments i initiated the making of "Knowledge Graph" for a very specific function so that i can use RAG framework along with LLM to optimize the specific function group Productivity with contextual insights.
