You remain adaptable and open to change in the face of the unknown as a person, not necessarily as CIO. :)
I give myself and others time to research and experiment.
I created a fault tolerance culture - without it, the incentive would be to avoid risk which is inherent to unknown.
I read, imagine and share.

Any CIO who builds strong technical architecture that is truly scalable without any doubt can adapt any change without any issue. This happens all the time but the key to be prepared on all layers
