I’m working on developing a scalable onboarding process for new hires within our Tech, Data, and AI organization (about 1,000 people). The goal is to create a consistent and engaging experience that begins when a new hire receives their offer letter and continues through their first day. We have both employees who are onsite, and then also remote employees as well.   I’d love to learn from what others have already implemented. Specifically, I’m looking for: Templates, checklists, or frameworks that outline the onboarding journey (both for new hires and for managers). Ideas for leveraging existing tools or resources that have worked well for your teams. Examples of welcome items or initiatives that help new hires feel connected and supported from day one.
