Provide transparency on how engineering time is spent and how the tech priority decisions are made.  Rather than insulate engineering from the product team whims, open tech up and convince the product leaders to invest in hygiene like Evergreen and TLM as well as digital transformation like Agile, DevOps, cloud, data strategy, and AI.

It would require a shift towards a new ways of thinking and working. One of the best ways is to induct expert/coach on this subject - someone who has done this and helped others align with Product Mindset.

In addition, getting the rights literature for people to read and follow - such as Marty Cagan's books.

Exploring industry forums and events also helps in knowing what's working and what is not across the industry.
