If you are with a large, global firm ($20B+ revenue) that moved to a third party like US Cloud to replace Microsoft Enterprise Support, what was your experience? Has anyone who was in the situation above moved back? If so, why?

Also not $20bn (closer to $5bn) but moved to US cloud from Microsoft, we were are very happy with their service and if the renewal terms are sensible we will renew

We are not a large, global firm, but a US mid-size bank. We went to US Cloud 3 years ago and signed another 3 years with them late last year. We have been very happy with their service and the support we get from them. We have saved a lot of money by switching from Microsoft support. Sorry that I can't give you the global view.
