I follow a structured approach. That includes completing the tasks in hand on my clickup, my sales calls, some creative with prospecting and planning for next day.

Internally (in order to do my job well): check the KPIs and communicate with the team about it/them
Externally (in order to position myself as an expert, represent my company and act as a role model for other corporate influencers): share one finding on social media

This one doesn't take any thought at all.  Check your data.  I have reports that I always check first thing every day on my mobile that tells me what's happening in the business and if there's anything I need to focus on in addition to my daily standard work.

if you are in monthly cycle sales industry (as opposed to daily sales /service cycle) - follow the plan instead of being polluted by queue of daily requests (still check some high important / High emergency ones with my core teams) allows up to date creativity and agility (hence adjust the tactic) but keep focusing on the goals you have set and aligned with your key stakeholders.

If you have not learned something new in the day - address it

One of the challenges I see today is a matter of trust. Many people do not understand the amount of digital noise directed at anyone holding a "C" level title in a mid-sized organization. Over 95% of the emails received are vendor ads, phishing attempts, and random, non-business-related messages. Typically, our C-level clients receive between 100 and 400 emails a day. Most businesses have stringent filtering systems to mitigate this noise, causing unknown entities to often end up in junk or spam folders. Trying to make an impact and grab attention amidst this volume is akin to finding a specific needle in a haystack—practically impossible.

In addition to this challenge, deepfakes, phishing, and ransomware have severely undermined digital trust.

This year, my team will focus on being more personally present with our clients. For critical emails that involve client requests, updates, etc., we will follow up with immediate calls. We will also write personal letters by hand to our clients. Our approach will leverage digital information, analytics, and digital ecosystems to optimize our communication channels. We will prioritize what is essential for our partners and work towards building a true environment of trust. All project follow-ups, reviews, and planning will be conducted in person rather than through voicemails or video conferencing.

Our business is entirely focused on improving our clients' results. The first step in this process is building trust; partnership cannot exist without it.

My wheelhouse is lives in the digital world of IT, AI & ML technology. Is it possible, what the world needs today is a little bit of human trust? I'm banking on it!
