Joedson Camilo de Oliveira is a leader with nearly three decades of experience in Information Technology, with consolidated expertise at all three levels of public administration. He holds a degree in Information Systems, is licensed in Informatics, specialized in IT Governance, and has advanced training in Teacher Education for Distance Learning. He combines technical vision, strategic thinking, and strong institutional articulation skills.
Joedson has built a career marked by significant achievements at the Federal Highway Police, where he has served as a professor, corporate instructor, and currently holds the position of National Director of ICT. He has led development teams, structured the first Testing and Quality unit, and played a key role in implementing the Value Delivery and Communication unit, which is responsible for increasing the visibility, impact, and maturity of ICT deliverables within the institution.
Amid digital transformation and the global wave of AI, Joedson leads the Federal Highway Police’s Artificial Intelligence Program, driving the definition of AI strategy and promoting a citizen-oriented technological culture.
