Overall Comment:"ADONIS is a product we launched years ago and updated it several times to newer versions (we envolved from a client-server-deployment to a cloud based approach). We started from scratched and by now we started to automate the modelled process. We also managed to do the necessary documentation for our ISO audit. ADONIS is an easy ahnds-on modelling tool, which helps you to model, improve and manage your business processes. We made great experience with the support team and (additional) consultants. "

What do you like most about the product or service?

Full stack of useful possibilities. The central database created the base for a companywide process modelling based on defined standards. We kept close contact to the vendor and ensured so the successful introduction in our company. We even extended our software stack by ADOit.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The modelling toolkit is quite easy to understand and to use. We needed a few tailored adaptions, but these were quickly delivered. So overall there are not really points to state as “dislike”. We are 100% satisfied with the tool!

Of course we had to run through a learning curve, but I'm quite happy what we have achieved and therefore wouldn't change anything.
