Overall Comment:"The experience for both the company and myself has been outstanding. The training offered and the various webinars conducted as a part of Celosphere makes it easy to adapt to this new technological sensation quite comfortably. The availability of connectors in abundance to connect to various databases helps to improve in multiple domains. The organization has started to implement Process Mining and has already excelled in using the Plant Maintenance and was able to optimize process for a punctual start of maintenance. Similarly in other areas such as Trading, Sales, HR etc, the business sees the potential that Celonis adds to them and the proactive notifications are of great help. The introduction of OCPM has paved the way for so many opportunities within and most importantly in mapping the End-to-End processes. It is very intuitive and easy to use. The integration to systems have become easier and the Data Push API is a big win. "

What do you like most about the product or service?

My personal experience has been splendid and comfortable. I like this the most as it provides loads of insights which were not recognized earlier. The opportunity to make processes efficient and identify violations saves valuable time and resources and this helps to a greater extent in multiple facets of the company. Also the technical expertise and guidance offered on occasions of queries raised makes the experience valuable and beneficial. The introduction of the ML workbench seals the deal and unlocks loads of opportunities. The new view offers a better UI and state-of-the-art dashboarding capabilities, which makes it easier for the business to consume. Also the simple UI for OCPM is also great. The ability to also track and record the value and benefits realized using the transformation Hub also makes value reporting very easy.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Loading or synching is at times an issue, but the problem is solved automatically within a day at the maximum. Inability to connect to SOAP APIs and paginations in the extractor builder is a disappointment.
