Overall Comment:"Travel bank is one of the corporate travel and expense management platform which helps end users in terms of fulfilling their travel needs such as hotel flights, buses and train bookings, on the other hand it helps the user to submit their expenses on the same application along with the TRIP ID to get it reimbursed from their respective finance team."
I like both their services as well as the product 1) Customer support - they have their own customer support team which is active and available 24/7 which helps in solving the customer's needs 2) UI&UX - The product User Interface and user experience is good. which is very user friendly, and the functions and the menu options are also very simple and rooted. 3) Integration Part.- As it is an saas based platform and it is widely used by the coporate client, it is very cool and compatible to integrate with the mutiple softwares such as HRMS, and also integrating with thei own inhouse softwares
I don't have any dislikes about the product, because everything is a well organised and well structured medium which helps the user to feed their data and access the application from the stage by stage approach
