Overall Comment:"Despite the ability to use a VPN to access many of my work-related files and apps, sometimes I truly just need to be able to access my desktop. GoToMyPC helps bridge the gap when I have no other ways forward. For example, Zoom often wants me to verify my laptop's login via sending a code to my desktop So, I use GoToMyPC. Sometimes I leave a file open and need to see the changes I made. It's great to have in my back pocket. With that, it is somewhat a pain to navigate going from two screens on my desktop at work to one screen on my home laptop. It does an okay job, but it is a little glitchy. Also, despite trying, I don't think I can get my keyboard commands on my Mac to work through to my Windows. "

What do you like most about the product or service?

Extremely convenient! Within moments I have my desktop. Additionally, the one time I had issues in the two years of use, the customer service agent was super responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

I do dislike how often I have to change my password. It seems a bit overkill to have a password for the account, a password for the actual access to my desktop, my desktop's password, etc. and all of them have to be changed, at a minimum, annually. I think I have changed my access code like 6 times in two years.
