Simple approvals process and intuitive user interface as well as the mobile phone app. It is simple to follow and presents the upcoming trips in date order to facilitate ease of use.
Some approval rules are a little bit clunky for trip booking, but this is to ensure costs are kept under control within the organisation. It can rely on a person within the company to still approve travel plans.
