Even APA is being used by our HR department for automation of On-boarding process. Thus it not only orchestrates but also adds intelligence while connecting to multiple systems."

Automating processes not only saves time but also helps in reducing human errors. Thus making the business process smooth. Further, the AI agent learns from each task or process thus growing its intelligence and going ahead the similar type of task will take much lesser time to complete. Automation Anywhere APA is a useful tool for easing day to day complex tasks with intelligence. However, there are some challenges in integration with legacy systems. Decisions being made by APA depend upon how good the data is being provided, there should be no biased data as it may impact decisions. To create automated workflows and scripts, skilled resources are required who understand how APA works. Thus training may be required for the same. We have been using it for some tasks which run on odd hours and thus no human intervention is required and is handled completely by Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation.
