Overall Comment:"Der gesamte Auswahl-, Angebots- und Implementierungsprozess war zielorientiert und partnerschaftlich. Man hatte zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, dass es dem Anbieter nicht darum ging, sein Produkt möglichst schnell zu skalieren, sondern eine gemeinsame Partnerschaft aufzubauen."

What do you like most about the product or service?
Das Produkt bietet eine hohe Nutzerfreundlichkeit und ist sehr intuitiv, vor allem für Nutzer, die mit Prozessmanagement bisher noch keine Berührungspunkte hatten ist dies von Vorteil.
What do you dislike most about the product or service?
Grundsätzlich bin ich mit dem Prozessmanagement sehr zufrieden. Gleichzeitig hatten wir gehofft, dass wir das Thema Dokumentenmanagement ebenfalls mit diesem Tool ablösen können, das ist funktionell nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Der Use Case könnte geprüft werden, er wäre für uns noch mal ein value add gewesen.
