Overall Comment:"Overall, my experience with Oracle's Enterprise Asset Management has been very good. The platform provides a robust and well integrated experience for managing our full lifecycle of assets all the way from acquiring them, maintenance, and retirement. It has helped a lot with improving visibility across operations and streamlining the work order management. "
The asset tracking is very comprehensive, providing detailed visibility into each asset’s history, performance, and maintenance schedule. The platform also integrates very well across modules and of course interacts very nicely with other Oracle services such as procurement and inventory.
The initial implementation and configuration is slightly complex, requiring a fairly high degree of technical expertise and time to align with existing internal processes. The user experience can also feel slightly dated at times, but it doesn't impact functionality or usability.
