Overall Comment:"It's highly packed with features and customizations, which is a double edged sword. While it offers a lot of utility and custom tailored operations, it can also get very complex to the point of getting lost until you experiment enough with it that you become proficient. That being said, the customer support is excellent, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions, explain things, or even schedule a zoom meeting to show you in real time how to achieve your goals."

What do you like most about the product or service?

Definitely the customer service. I can't say enough about how great it is. In today's era, it's pretty uncommon to be able to get directly to a real human being for help and in such a prompt and easy manner without wading through ai assistants and outsourced call centers first. I really appreciate that and place a high value on that.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

At first blush, it’s a bit overwhelming and complex. There is a great help section to read through an get direction and of course customer service is always an option but perhaps a video tutorial at initial sign on or an animated walk through would be a better improvement over having to read the how to's.
