In day-to-day use, it feels modern, scalable, and powerful, but it does not require structured change management or a clear data model to get the most value. In the telecom industry, where we deployed it, where revenue flows, cost allocation, and compliance demands are high, the system performs well - yet some areas still feel less intuitive and require customization or additional training. "

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Few things that need to be considered while deploying/using the platform: - Steep learning curve - many users, even after several months of experience with it, still feel that the navigation and setup can be overwhelming, especially without proper training - Heavy reliance on customizations - telecom billing and cost-location scenarios often require extensions, which increase deployment time and cost - Performance slowdowns during peak processing - month-end, large batch jobs, or complex reports sometimes slow down the system.
