Engaged in consulting in the fields of quality management and human resources at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. Subsequently participated in the launch of the SME consulting division at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, serving as Branch Manager in both Osaka and Tokyo. In May 2013, founded Tinect Inc., a company specializing in web marketing and content production, and operates the business media “Books&Apps.”
In July 2023, established Work Wonders Inc., which provides generative AI consulting and operates an AI-focused media platform. Successfully raised 130 million yen through the ICJ No.2 Fund.
Authored the book “What Smart People Think Before They Speak,” which sold 920,000 copies as of January 2026. (Ranked as the best-selling business book in Japan in 2023 and 2024 according to surveys by TOHAN and NIPPAN.)
