Speaker Bio
Born in 1977, Motokazu Udagawa is a distinguished scholar specializing in strategic management and organizational theory. His academic career includes tenures as a research associate at Waseda University and as an associate professor at both Nagasaki University and Seinan Gakuin University. Since 2016, he has served as an associate professor at the Graduate School of Economic and Business Administration at Saitama University, where he was promoted to full professor in 2025.
Beyond his academic appointments, Professor Udagawa is the founder of Correspondence Co., Ltd. His professional work bridges theory and practice; in addition to his research on innovation and corporate transformation, he provides strategic counsel on organizational change to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from major corporations to emerging startups.
