Eileen is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CLP Holdings Limited, one of the largest investor-owned power businesses in Asia-Pacific with investments in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, India, Taiwan Region and Thailand. Eileen is responsible for all Human Resources-related matters across the Group and she is also a member of the Group Executive Committee. Originally from Scotland, Eileen holds Engineering and Business Administration degrees. Before moving from Melbourne to Hong Kong and joining CLP in 2019, she led Human Resources for Orica, an ASX-listed global mining and civil explosives company. She has also held a range of general management and senior human resources roles with Coles and Qantas and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
