Conference Tracks at a Glance

This year's conference theme is Power New Possibilities: Lead the Transformation of Work. ​The AI era is unlocking a new age of possibilities, and organizations are rethinking their boundaries for growth but often underestimate factors that power the possible. HR leaders have a pivotal opportunity in 2026 to lead the transformation of work and prepare both the work and workforce for success.

 

Track A: CHRO Leadership, Strategy and the HR Function

AI is reshaping the enterprise and HR, creating a pivotal moment to elevate HR’s strategic impact as CEOs drive growth. This track equips CHROs to balance growth and efficiency, transform skills with AI, deliver lasting value, and strengthen HR’s enterprise influence.

Track B: Organizational Transformation and Change

Rapid transformation is redefining HR’s enterprise role, creating new risks and opportunities for CHROs. This track helps leaders guide change, redesign work for AI, boost workforce readiness, and evolve operating models to integrate new technologies at scale.

Track C: Talent Management, Skills and Performance

As work is reimagined for the human–machine era, CHROs must partner with business leaders to deliver the skills and talent that fuel growth. This track helps evolve talent management with AI, build future‑ready leaders, and drive a high‑performance culture.
