She previously served as Chief People Officer at the Coca-Cola Company, responsible for transforming culture, talent, and succession for 150,000+ employees, and driving long-term vision and strategy as part of the Executive leadership team. She serves as CEO Advisor of Qualfon Corporation, former Chair of the CHRO Global Leadership Board of Gartner and current Emeritus Chair, past member of Women’s Corporate Directors, New York Institute of Technology Women’s Technology Council, the Global Shared Assessment’s Advisory Council. She also coaches and consults with C-Suite leaders/CEOs. She has also served on multiple non-profit boards, including Chair of the Board of Trustees for Oglethorpe University, AACSB International Business Practices Council, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Skyland Trail.
