After 33 years at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), including as the CHRO from 2004-2014, Jill retired from the organization and was the President of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) from 2015-2023 and is now President Emeritus. She is the founder and CEO of JBSmart Consulting, LLC.; a Director at World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC), EPAM Systems (NYSE: EPAM), and AlixPartners; and a member of the Cerity Partners, Certree and SucceedSmart Advisory Boards. Jill was formerly on the board of HireRight (formerly NYSE: HRT), JB Training Solutions and Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). Jill is a Fellow and Director of the NAHR, a Fellow of the HR Policy Institute (HRPI), a member of the Peer Roundtable for CHROs (PRT), the Gartner Global CHRO Board, the HR Policy Association (HRPA) and the RBL Institute. Jill received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
