Maria Luisa Cammarata graduated in Business Economics and began her career in the recruitment industry in 1998 with Adecco. In 2007, she joined Trenkwalder, an HR multinational company, where she contributed to the business’s market positioning and national development. She has been part of Gi Group Holding since 2010 and was appointed Global Chief People Officer in 2014. In this role, she oversees the Group’s HR management strategy, also serving on the company’s Strategic, Steering, and CSR Committees, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and global HR integration. A trained business coach and public speaker, Maria Luisa is a strong advocate for inclusive talent strategies and workforce transformation, promoting sustainable people practices in a rapidly changing world of work.
