Pippa is SVP People & Culture for Shearwater Geoservices, a global marine geoscience and technology business. Pippa initially joined Shearwater in 2021 as UK HR Generalist before subsequently being promoted to join the executive team leading the global HR function and crewing operations. In her current role Pippa now has an expanded remit that also includes Quality, HSE & ESG.
Pippa started her HR career in financial services working at HSBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch initially as an undergraduate and progressed into business partnering within Learning and Leadership Development. Over the last 10 years Pippa has worked in HR management roles in the UK and Australia across various industries including aviation and insurance. Pippa holds an BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey, specialising in Human Resources Management.
