Andras is leading the global end to end planning team for Reckitt, which includes technology deployment and development, global operating model restructuring, process implementation CoEs and also IBP. Prior to taking this role, Andras had various supply leadership roles, in Europe and North America.
He was leading the end to end supply chain in Central Eastern Europe. During his time he completed the reorganization of the entire region supply chain, supported business turnaround with service, costs and inventory optimisation.
Prior to that Andras led logistics operation in North America where he was responsible for supporting the biggest commercial business with optimising its logistics operation and rebuild its logistics network.
