A transformational leader with over 20 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain expertise, Catherine has spearheaded transformational programmes that have fundamentally reshaped business performance and positioned supply chain as a strategic enterprise orchestrator. She is passionate about designing innovative operating models and solutions that drive competitive advantage in an increasingly complex industry.
Throughout her career, Catherine has successfully designed and optimized resilient end-to-end supply chains across diverse portfolios—Oncology, Immunology, HIV, Respiratory, and Specialty Therapy—encompassing small molecules, biologics, oral solid dose, sterile formulations, and novel modalities. She has led large, high-performing teams of supply chain professionals, championing people development, diversity, and inclusive leadership while consistently delivering measurable results in growth acceleration, cost optimization, product launch velocity, and supply chain excellence.
Catherine holds a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and has been recognized globally by Supply Chain Digital as a Top 100 Woman in Supply Chain. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys travelling, staying active, and spending quality time with her family and community.
