Marco Lupo holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Agent.
Marco, in his international 20+ years’ experience, has supported deployment of Lean Six Sigma programs in 3 different Big Pharma companies (Johnson&Johnson, MSD and Takeda), in multiple countries, and in several areas of the business; his experience varies from drugs and medical devices manufacturing and packaging to sales and marketing operations, including significant experience with Research and Development, Supply Chain, and Healthcare world. Marco has led multiple transformational programs in the area of Supply Chain, with focus on Agility, and is now leading Global Supply Chain Excellence in Global Supply Chain at Takeda, being responsible for performance management, capability building, supply chain resilience, continuous improvement and transformation. Marco is currently based in Zurich, Switzerland.
