As a Sr. Principal in the Procurement Advisory Practice, Michael Ryan guides and educates executives and senior leaders within Procurement & Sourcing, Finance, and Supply Chain to coach them on building, managing, and transforming their organization's Procurement function's approach for continued growth in an everchanging world. Michael advises in a range of cross-industry topics, from supplier relationship management and category management to internal relationship management, brand building, organizational design, talent, and general strategy. He also facilitates both in-person and virtual workshops developed for and aligned to an organization's unique needs.
