The Senior Leadership Circle Program

Designed specifically for senior-most enterprise applications and software engineering (SWE) leaders, the Senior Leadership Circle Program provides interactive  sessions for eligible senior leaders attending Gartner Application Innovation & Business Solutions Summit to explore their top priorities: leadership, culture and organizational design, strategy and trends.

Access to exclusive sessions throughout the conference, including guest keynote lunches, leadership exchanges, and roundtables tailored to the most important topics for applications and SWE leaders. 

Priority booking capabilities for limited-capacity sessions and One-on-One Meeting(s) with a Gartner expert to ensure you don’t miss out on these conference offerings.

Applications and SWE Leader-only sessions

Integrated within the broader conference agenda, the Senior Leadership Circle Program includes interactive discussions covering the top priorities of application and SWE leaders, as well as casual networking opportunities to connect with other application executives from a variety of regions and industries. Through these sessions, participants connect over common initiatives and accelerate, validate and solidify their strategies.

The Senior Leadership Circle Program is exclusive to eligible enterprise application and SWE leaders attending Gartner Application Innovation & Business Solutions Summit. We recommend applying when you register for the conference as session seats are limited and fill up quickly.

How to qualify

Applicants must meet the following qualification criteria to participate:

  1. Most senior leader for Enterprise Applications and/or Software Engineering, or

  2. Most senior business unit/ region/ government division Enterprise Applications and/or Software Engineering leader responsible for:

    • Private sector: $250+ million in revenue

    • Public sector: 1,000+ employees

Enterprise Applications and Software Engineering leaders with client facing/ external responsibilities from a vendor or consultancy are not eligible to participate.

You can apply to participate in the Senior Leadership Circle Program when you register for Gartner Application Innovation & Business Solutions Summit. During the registration process, the program application will be prompted by answering ‘yes’ to the question, “Are you the most senior Enterprise Applications or Software Engineering for your organization?” You will be notified via email regarding the status of your application.

Application and approval are required for participation.
