Dilip Bhatia is Chief Experience Officer, who leads all facets of the total experience, including global Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and Digital Experience for customers, channel partners, and employees (EX). By uniting the company’s experience-focused disciplines under a mantra of ‘all voices matter’, he enables employees to prioritize CX, UX, and EX-centric processes generating AI-enabled and more personalized and inclusive experiences for all. Delivering data-driven insights to every business unit, Dilip leads Lenovo from being product-centric to a more customer-centric organization that listens to and learns from all of its employees, partners and customers. He serves as executive sponsor for Lenovo’s disability and neurodivergence advocacy employee resource group, A.B.L.E., A Better Lenovo for Everyone. His user experience (UX) organization works collaboratively to recommend innovative design approaches for the next-gen and future generations of products and services that celebrate diversity (via our Product Diversity Office) for all consumer, commercial and SMB PCs, AR/VR and smart device offerings, counting the legendary ThinkPad X1 family, premium Yoga PCs, Lenovo Legion gaming devices and more in Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group.
