Helen Li is Executive Director within Lenovo’s Global Supply Chain organization, leading global supply management, planning, inventory, and S&OP for Lenovo’s PC business. With over 20 years of experience across product operations, procurement, planning, and digital transformation, she has been instrumental in building Lenovo’s agile, data-driven, and customer-centric supply chain planning. She has delivered major improvements in planning accuracy, inventory efficiency, and business responsiveness through data-enabled decision-making and operational excellence. Helen is widely recognized for her proactive approach to mitigating supply constraints and excess risks amid market volatility. During the post-COVID PC market downturn, she led her team in mitigating over one billion USD in inventory and liability risk while achieving $328M in combined cost savings and avoidance. She also fosters strong, trust-based partnerships with suppliers, driving transparency, collaboration, and agility that enable mutual growth and resilience.
