Noemi Romero is Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Strategy at Eli Lilly and Company. This role includes end-to-end oversight of Eli Lilly’s Supply Chain, from the delivery of raw materials to the distribution to first paying countries around the globe. She also leads manufacturing strategy, business development and partners with commercial businesses to enhance the service Eli Lilly provides to our affiliates and end customers.

Noemi has more than 20 years of global supply chain experience. Prior to joining Eli Lilly she held multiple roles in Supply Chain and Strategy. Previously, she was Vice President for Global Supply Chain at Amgen where she had responsibilities for the supply chain operations in the Americas. Previously, she had responsibilities for Amgen’s Manufacturing digital transformation strategy and capabilities. She joined Eli Lilly in 2022 with the Manufacturing Organization to spearhead a supply chain transformation that will enable Eli Lilly to launch its robust pipeline of pharmaceuticals in the coming years.
